Campus Recreation offers a variety of ways to be active! Choose from group fitness classes with your peers, individual training with a personal trainer or you can work out on your own in one of our facilities!

Starting out in the gym can be challenging. Check out Illini Jumpstart to build a foundation and learn about equipment in the gym and different exercises. This introductory fitness program provides you with the tools and resources you need to be successful in the gym.

Rock climbing is an excellent way to increase strength, improve balance, and make new friends! The ARC climbing wall is open to all members, beginners and experienced climbers alike!

The Ice Arena offers public skating times for you spend time on the ice. Whether you've been skating for years or want to try something new, ice skating can improve your endurance, strength and stamina!

Physical Therapy and Athletic Training

Carle Foundation Hospital Sports Medicine provides physical therapy services through Campus Recreation at the ARC for recent or chronic orthopedic/activity related conditions or injury.
