Cancellation Fee If event is cancelled less than two weeks prior to the event, group will incur charges of 50% of estimated cost

(A security deposit may be required for events proposed by non-University organizations)

Food surcharge may apply $25-$50
Floor Covering $103 per basketball court-sized area
