WorkOut in the Water

This class will enhance the body movements for better balance, coordination and flexibility as well as improving muscle strength and conditioning. The low-impact exercises are easy on the joints and help restore and preserve flexibility and strength, protect joints against further damage, enhance coordination, and improve endurance.

- Days/Times: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 8:30-9:30 am
Summer Session II
- Dates: June 15-August7
- Location: CRCE Aquatic Center
- Days/Times: Tuesdays/Thursdays, 8-8:45 am
Note: Parking options stay the same for Summer 1.
There will be a time difference between Summer 1 and Summer 2.
