Learn to Breathe Easy and Relax
Can we learn to relax simply by taking a deep breath? Pranayama, the ancient art of yogic breathing, helps improve respiratory function, brings relief and vitality to your body and thereby helps to relieve stress. By improving mental clarity and alertness you are preparing your mind for either decision-making or meditation. Through guided relaxation, breathing exercises and simple meditation techniques, you will learn to let go and—Relax!
Meets from 12:10-12:50 pm on the following dates: November 13 and December 11
Hatha Yoga – Bring Yourself Into Balance
This will be a comprehensive class focused on teaching basic Yoga postures to build flexibility, strength and balance, while allowing time for more restorative practices such as Pranayama (breathwork), guided relaxation and meditation. By working the body thoroughly—it allows our minds to rest. This brings you into balance—helping you experience a deeper peace in your day-to-day life.
