Please Note:

  • Cardio Express on Wednesdays from 12:10-12:40 pm at the ARC will end on Wednesday, November 4. This class will no longer be offered after this date.
  • There will be an amended GF schedule for Fall Break and Winter Break.

* Call (217) 333-3806 the day of the session to reserve your equipment for Cycle and Strength Circuit sessions. Participants must arrive 5 minutes early to the session to claim their reserved spot or risk losing their spot to waitlisted individuals.

MUST bring your own mat. Yoga Mats will not be provided for Mind/Body group fitness sessions. You will be encouraged to bring your own Yoga Mat.

How to Participate

  1. Purchase a Group Fitness Pass at the ARC or CRCE Member Services. A Campus Recreation membership or guest pass is required to participate in Group Fitness along with a Group Fitness Pass.
  2. Bring your Group Fitness pass to any Group Fitness Drop-in session to participate!

There are no refunds for Group Fitness Passes.

Remember: You must show your valid i-card with your Group Fitness Pass to get into every session. Entrance is prohibited 5 minutes after the of start of each session in order to ensure that participants are sufficiently warmed up. All sessions are subject to cancellation due to low attendance after the third week of each session.
