Open Rec
Some folks prefer to do their "own thing." Not necessarily by themselves, Open Rec is where we provide the space, maybe the equipment, and you set up your own activities. Here's an incomplete listing of the Open Rec that takes place in various parts of Campus Rec and where you can participate:

Things to know about using Campus Rec facilities.
CRCE MAC Gym Use
The MAC (Multi-Activity Court) area is designed for various open recreation options including, but not limited to:
- Indoor Soccer
- Inline Hockey
- Basketball
- Badminton
- Volleyball
- Group Fitness Classes
- Frisbee
Priority Use
Designated sports have priority times as listed on the activity area calendar, the Campus Rec website, and at Member Services. All other times, the area is available on a first-come, first-served basis. During non-priority times, we encourage users to cooperate with each other to allow for maximum use of the space.
Important Rules
- In order to check out equipment, a membership or visitor card must be presented to Member Services at check out and return. Racquets are $1/racquet to check out.
- Failure to properly return equipment will result in a charge on your account.
- Personal belongings must be stored outside the activity area.
- No glass in or around the activity area.
- Consult a Campus Rec staff member to have baskets raised or lowered.
- Campus Rec is not responsible for balls kicked into the rafters.
