Application Process

The hiring process for Summer/Fall 2010 is now open. Campus Recreation is an equal opportunity employer which is committed to having a diverse and customer oriented workforce. Special consideration is given to those students supporting their academic endeavors through the federal work study process.

  1. Attend an Information Session
Information sessions will be held to introduce the employment opportunities available within Campus Recreation. Application for employment cannot be submitted or considered without attendance at one of these sessions.

All Information Sessions are held in the ARC – Clements Auditorium.

Information sign-ups are now available at this time. Please select an information session date.

  2. Submit an Application, Cover Letter, and Resume
Applications and attachments are being considered until April 9, 2010. After April 9, any submitted applications will be archived until the next hiring cycle.

Visit the Career Center for information about creating a quality resume and cover letter.

  3. Interview
If you are selected for an interview, you will be contacted by the respective unit to schedule a date and time for the interview. Due to the large number of applications, not every applicant will be selected for an interview.

All submissions from applicants who are not selected for an interview will remain on file until the next hiring cycle. However, you will need to attend another information session to be considered.
