Workout in the Water
Main Content
This class will enhance the body movements for better balance, coordination and flexibility as well as improving muscle strength and conditioning. The low-impact exercises are easy on the joints and help restore and preserve flexibility and strength, protect joints against further damage, enhance coordination, and improve endurance.
Class Details
Please Note: This class is offered for Active Healthy Seniors. Participants should be able to enter and exit the water with little to no assistance, and participate independently in this class.
