Senior Rec Hockey League
Registration begins January 4 at the Ice Arena.
- members: $120
- non-members: $150
8 games on Sunday nights, January 20– March 10.
Must be 21 or older. UI undergraduates need permission from management to participate. Full equipment is required.
UI Open Hockey
Registration begins March 6 at the Ice Arena.
- Team: $200
- Individual: $40
Games begin on March 26.
Adult Rat Hockey
Fridays: 3:30-5 pm
- members: $6
- non-members: $9
Drop-in. Must be 18 or older. Full equipment is required. Additional sessions may be sent by e-mail.
Stick and Puck Beginner Hockey
Fridays: 5:15-6:15 pm
- members: $6
- non-members: $9
- OR $15 parent and child ($10 members)
Families welcome. See monthly calendar for exceptions. This is non-contact, informal hockey. Helmet with full cage/shield and hockey skates are required (available for rent); full equipment is strongly recommended.
Minor Hawks
Minor Hawks is a Learn-to-Play Hockey program sponsored by the Chicago Blackhawks. Offered through the CU Youth Hockey Association, this program is for children ages 5-8 years old who have minimal skating/hockey experience. Each session is 8-weeks with one practice per week. The fee is $75 and includes on-loan equipment to be used for the duration of the session. For more information on dates and registration, visit www.cuyha.org.
