The Reservation Line (244-3440) is available Monday-Friday, 7-11 am and Saturday-Sunday, 9:30 am-2 pm.

During Breaks: The line is available Monday-Friday, 7-11 am and Saturday-Sunday, 11:30 am-2 pm

Schedule Notes

• Administrative offices at the ARC and CRCE are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm.
• View information on Children's Hours.
• Faculty/staff members and current Alumni Association members may purchase daily passes for themselves by paying the $10 guest fee. All members 18 years and older may sponsor up to five guests at the same fee.
• In order to check out equipment, a membership or staff card must be left with Member Services until equipment is returned.
• Members with children should refer to the Children of Students and Faculty/Staff Membership Policy for restrictions with regard to children’s use of recreation facilities. Children’s memberships will be honored at all available facilities during Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Break schedules.
• Activity and equipment issue areas close promptly on the closing hour. All patrons should be prepared to exit the facility within 15 minutes of the closing hour.
