The reservation line is available Monday-Friday, 7-11 am and Saturday/Sunday, 9:30 am-2 pm.
During breaks the line is available:
- If facilities open at 11 am, from 11:30 am-2 pm
- If facilities open at 9 am, from 9:30 am-2 pm
- If facilities open at 6:30 am, from 7-11 am
Inclement Weather Policy
In case of inclement weather, where the University of Illinois cancels classes:
- All Campus Recreation classes (learn-to-swim, learn-to-skate, group fitness) will also be cancelled.
- All Campus Recreation facilities will remain operational with normal opening and closing times subject to change. The facility hours will be decided by 2 pm on the day of inclement weather. Some activity areas will also be subject to close based on staffing levels.
Schedule Notes
- Administrative offices at the ARC and CRCE are open Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm.
- View information on Children's Hours and Policies.
- View information on Daily Guest Pass.
- In order to check out equipment, an i-card or visitor card must be presented to Member Services at check out and return. Racquets are $1/racquet to check out. Failure to properly return equipment will result in a charge on your account.
- All activity areas close 15 minutes prior to the closing hour. Member Services closes promptly on the closing hour. All patrons should be prepared to exit the facility within 15 minutes of the closing hour.
