Youth Party Packages

Let Campus Recreation help make your next party one to remember. Whether you want to glide on the ice at the Ice Arena, splash in the water at the Campus Recreation Center East (CRCE) indoor pool, or dangle in the air at the Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) rock climbing wall — there's bound to be a party to meet your needs. Plus, with flexible party packages available you can customize a plan that fits your event perfectly.
Past gatherings have included birthday parties, post-graduation celebrations, scouting events, and community and church socials, but we're open to other occasions as well.
CRCE Aquatic Center
Want to throw a pool party regardless of the weather outside? Then celebrate your special occasion with a party at CRCE's Aquatic Center complete with a heated leisure pool, waterslide, bubble benches and a volcano fountain. Each two-hour party package includes access to the pool area as well as a private party room.

Pricing
- Members: $115
for up to 15 participants- Maximum of 15 swimmers.
- Non-Members: $145
for up to 15 participants- Maximum of 15 swimmers.

CRCE Aquatic Parties are not available during Summer Session I (May 10-June 10, 2013). Parties taking place on or after June 14, 2013 can still be booked.
ARC Climbing Wall
Throw a party that's anything but ordinary at the ARC's state-of-the-art Climbing Wall. The brand new structure was designed to offer a fun challenge and the various routes offer excitement. Our packages include 2 hours of climbing with 2 licensed belayers and exclusive access to a private party area. Additionally, all equipment is provided and included in the price.
Recommended for ages 7 and up.

for up to 10 participants- $10/person after initial 10
- Maximum of 20 climbers.

ARC Instructional Kitchen
Host your next party in the Kitchen! Baking together is a great way to celebrate or just spend time with friends. This party combines food, fun and wellness for all ages. During this party, participants will utilize the ARC Instructional Kitchen to make their own personal pizzas, decorate their own cupcakes, try out a variety of healthy snack options, and learn how nutrition is fun and tasty! Parties are 2 hours and all food is included.
Recommended for ages 6 and up.

Ice Arena
Skating Parties
Celebrate your party the COOL way with a skating party at the Ice Arena. Parties are available during all open skating times and a skating instructor is available for $20/ hour. The facility offers three separate party package options in order to offer a plan that fits your budget. Each package includes admission, skate rentals, and a private skating area and some also include refreshments.
Illini Hockey Parties
Have your party at an Illini Hockey game. Packages include game tickets, food and party space. Parties are available Friday and Saturday evenings during Illini Hockey home weekends.

Complex Fields
Reservations for parties will be taken April 1-November 4. All party packages are for ages 6 years old and up.
Pricing
- Members: $50
for up to 8 participants- $5/person after initial 8
- Non-Members: $60
for up to 8 participants- $5.50/person after initial 8
Includes:
- Use of one (1) grass field or one (1) softball field
- Ten (10) flags and two (2) footballs, two (2) kick balls, two (2) softballs and two (2) bats
- One (1) table and ten (10) chairs per 8 participant party

Outdoor Center Fields
Reservations for parties will be taken April 1-November 4. All party packages are for ages 6 years old and up.
Basic Party Package

- Use of one (1) field or one (1) volleyball court or one (1) basketball court
- Ten (10) flags and two (2) footballs, two (2) kick balls, two (2) volleyballs, two (2) basketballs
- One (1) table and ten (10) chairs per 8 participant party
Deluxe Party Package
- Members: $75
for up to 8 participants- $9/person after initial 8
- Non-Members: $85
for up to 8 participants- $10/person after initial 8
Includes:
- Use of one (1) field or one (1) volleyball court or one (1) basketball court
- Ten (10) flags and two (2) footballs, two (2) kick balls and four (4) bases, two (2) volleyballs, two (2) basketballs
- Use of Outdoor Center Party Room

Illini Grove
Reservations for parties will be taken April 1-November 4. All party packages are for ages 6 years old and up.
Basic Party Package
- Members: $50
for up to 8 participants- $5/person after initial 8

Includes:
- Use of Oak picnic site, one (1) volleyball court or one (1) basketball court
- Two (2) volleyballs, two (2) basketballs
Deluxe Party Package
- Members: $65
for up to 8 participants- $9/person after initial 8
- Non-Members: $75
for up to 8 participants- $10/person after initial 8
Includes:
- Use of Pavilion, one (1) volleyball Court or one (1) basketball court
- Two (2) volleyballs, two (2) basketballs
Availability
- Saturdays/Sundays:
1-3 pm or 5-7 pm
All parties require a $50 deposit and children must be escorted by their guardians to the party location.
An expedited processing fee of $25 will be added to parties booked within 10 days for Climbing Wall, Aquatic Center, Kitchen and Ice Arena Sweet and Deluxe parties. With the exception of Ice Arena Basic parties, no other party reservations will be taken within 2 days of the requested date.
