How To Make A Rental Request

Download the Facility Rental Request (MS Excel), complete it, and return to the ARC (or to the Ice Arena for Ice Arena rentals) at least 2 weeks in advance of the requested date(s) to be considered.

For Registered Organizations

If you're from a registered organization, you must complete a Facility Rental Request (MS Excel), and receive approval from the RSO Office (Illini Union) before any space can be assigned.

For Non-Student Groups

We can make our facilities available to schools, departments, community groups and organizations for virtually any type of event. Here are some of the events we have hosted:

• post prom parties
• post graduation events
• senior day activities
• community social events
• church socials
• homecoming events
• lock-ins
• tournaments

We have a variety of sports equipment that is available for rent for almost any event. Additional staff can also be added to provide programming at an additional cost.

Ice Arena Rental Rates

• UI Students and Campus Recreation Members: $75/hour
• UI Departments and Local Schools: $125/hour
• Public Group or individual during prime time: $175/hour

Ice Arena facility rental fee does not include the following: broomball equipment rental ($15), skate rental ($1 each), or private party fee for additional staff depending on number of participants.
