Summer 2012 Registration
The Summer 2012 Learn-to-Swim program registration begins May 2 for Members and May 9 for Non-Members. There will be morning and evening lessons offered, along with private lessons. The program will start June 11 and end July 26.

Three Ways to Register
1. Drop Off
Drop off the registration form at the ARC or CRCE Member Services during regular facility hours.
2. By Mail

Mail-in registrations are handled in order of postmark date received.
Refunds (minus $5 handling fee) are given before first day of class.
To receive the member rate for child/youth lessons, the parent or guardian responsible must be a Campus Rec member.
3. By Fax
Fax the registration form to (217) 265-9817.
Faxes will be processed by date and time recieved.
Confirmation of fax transmission will be made by phone and/or e-mail.
